Well it's Anglesey time again! For those who are interested, the following is an excerpt from an eMail sent to Mattie Kennedy from Leinster Motor Club.
.... It was decided that the club would pay up to 50stg for each marshal per night. The following is a link to accomodation available so can you get them to get cracking on booking it for the weekend http://www.angleseycircuit.com/accommodation.htm
When they have it booked let me know and I will organise a cheque or cash to be sent to them re-imbursing them for it. Alternatively if some of them would like to camp at the circuit, there is space available and the club will give them 25stg per marshal per night if they decide to camp.
Can you also get confirmations as to who is attending for the weekend?
The ferry's will also need to be booked and please remind them that we are only going to re-imburse for the ferry if they have a full car of people. Whoever decides amongst them to drive needs to book and they let me know the cost and I will arange for them to be re-imbursed straight away.....
There are a number of hotels listed on the above link, so it may be easier for the driver of each car to book the accomodation for themselves, and their passengers. I will try and match up people with the same accomomdation preferences to the same car, and if it's agreeable I will give the driver the phone number of the passengers, and vice vearsa. With all of the variables involved, this requires a substantial amount of organisation, so prompt replies would be greatly appreciated.

(*If Driving Number of available spaces in car.)
Accomodation: Camping, Accomodation: No Camping OR Accomodation: Either.
Number: OK OR Not OK.
(If it's ok to give your number to driver\passengers.)
If you have a group of people sorted in a car, if you could just let me know the names in the group, the driver, and the accomodation type, it would be great.
