The Green Flag
The Green Flag Is Defined In Appendix H of the International Sporting Code As Follows:

15.9 Green flag - All clear, at the end of a danger area controlled by yellow flags. It can also be used to signal the start of a warm-up lap.

15.19 A Stationary Green at the post immediately after the incident.

There is usually a "Green Flag" Lap on restarting a race that has been stopped by a red flag, and also after the safety car has gone in (assuming no other incidents remain that require a yellow flag).
